FAQs

  • Yes! We don’t nickel and dime our guests. Your ticket gets you access to all activities including the unlimited horse rides, cocoa and cookies, scavenger hunt, unlimited hayrides and photobooth! If you need to do some Christmas shopping at the gift shop, please bring extra cash for that.

  • Yes, each guest (unless they are 2 years old or younger) needs to have a ticket, so be sure to get yours today!

  • All activities (except the hayrides) are held in our enclosed barns. After you make the very short walk from the parking lot to the main barn you will be indoors. While our beautiful barns are fully enclosed, they are not heated, so please be sure to dress warmly!

  • We recommend that you dress warmly and weather appropriate. All activities other than the hayrides are inside our enclosed barns but the barns are not heated.

  • Yes! We are very happy to be able to accommodate wheelchairs!

  • Our unlimited horse rides at this event are available to all kids 15 years of age and younger due to limited saddle sizing and small horses.

  • Yes! You can take as many hayrides and horse rides as you want! We recommend mixing them up with the other available activities so you don’t miss out on any of the fun!

  • Search for ‘Red Oaks’ or ‘Red Oaks Ranch’ in your preferred GPS system. Verify that the Red Oaks/Red Oaks Ranch you select is in Dyer, IN. Follow your GPS to our ranch. We will have a 3ft tall lighted carousel horse display next to our driveway and sign. Drive past the sign, through the 2 pillars and all the way up the driveway and our parking attendants will help you from there!

  • We have the best parking attendants that will be ready to help you park when you arrive. Search for ‘Red Oaks’ or ‘Red Oaks Ranch’ in your preferred GPS system. Verify that the Red Oaks/Red Oaks Ranch you select is in Dyer, IN. Follow your GPS to our ranch. We will have a 3ft tall lighted carousel horse display next to our driveway and sign. Drive past the sign, through the 2 pillars and all the way up the driveway and our parking attendants will help you from there!
